Notes
As always, the Long Trail is a delight. And the summit of Stratton, with its fire tower, is a worthy destination. Also liked going the extra .75 miles to North Stratton where you can take in expansive views from several different points atop the ski slopes.
Parking
Room for about 15 cars in the lot off Stratton-Arlington Road.
Water Crossings
Two down low, both easily hopped.
Wildlife
They're starting to pester, but this was a windy day so they stayed away for 99 percent of the time.
