Trail Conditions

Notes

Some snow in the .5 mile before the summit that was unavoidable and postholed to near thigh level. It was very short lived and was annoying but not a barrier. Bare boots the whole way, mud and water all over per the usual spring conditions

Parking

3 cars total were in the small road side pull off when we ended the hike, with room to spare for a couple more

Water Crossings

One spot we had to be creative but nothing unmanageable

Wildlife

Just starting to wake up

Notes

Snow surrounding the ladder portion, thigh deep post-holing in some cases. Bugs just starting to wake up but not yet bothersome. Hiker plans to return due to poor weather at summit.
